Dr. Van Vinciguerra graduated from the State University of N.Y. at Oneonta in 1978, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Vinciguerra attended the Illinois College of Optometry and received his degree in 1982.

Post graduate work commenced with a 2 year position in a private professional practice in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Vinciguerra applied his new skills and knowledge in a group practice, that specialized in contact lenses.

Dr. Vinciguerra began his New Jersey private practice in 1984. He currently devotes his professional time, maintaining two full-time optometric practices. A staff of 11 employees support both practices.

Dr. Wae Shin is a full time staff optometrist that practices with Dr. Vinciguerra. Dr. Shin is fluent in Korean and can be reached at (973)-684-1545.

Exams are available in: English, Spanish, Italian and Korean (with Dr. Wae Shin) by appointment.

Dr. Vinciguerra attends over 30 hours of continuous educational seminars per year. These classes provide up to date procedures and technology that continuously reshapes "the standard of care" for his patients.

State-of-the-art examining instruments are utilized throughout his practice.
